NO, of course not! You must pay taxes on ALL of your income for the year, not just *some* of it.

You won't go to jail, and you might even receive your big refund at first ... but within a few months, the IRS *will* catch on to the fact that you didn't file all your income, and at that point you'll get a bill for all the taxes that you should have paid in the first place, PLUS interest and penalty fees.

Do it right the first time. You never get away with trying to defraud the IRS.
