Authorized stock has not necessarily been issued. The incorporating state authorizes the corporation to issue a certain number of shares of stock. All shares of a company are authorized... not all are issued.
At the end of your CBR there should be a list of the names and addresses (sometimes phone number) of all creditors involved in your CBR. Most of the time they can be contacted that way. If they have no phone number I would reccommend taking the info you do have and searching the web.

The number of four-digit combinations is 10,000 .Stick a '3' before each of them, and you have all the possible 5-digit combinations that start with 3.There are 10,000 of them. They run from 30,000 to 39,999 .
There are 10C4 = 10*9*8*7/(4*3*2*1) combinations of 4 digits that are all different. That is, 210 of them, and I have no inclination to list them.
