To look up your PERC (Permanent Employee Registration Card) card, you typically need to visit your state’s Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (DFPR) website or the equivalent agency responsible for licensing. You may be required to enter your name, date of birth, or other identifying information in their online search tool. If you encounter difficulties, consider contacting the agency directly for assistance.
When applying for a PERC (Personal Use and Recreational Cannabis) card, "pending" means that your application is still under review and has not yet been approved or denied. This status indicates that the relevant authorities are processing your application, which may involve background checks, verification of information, or other evaluations. You typically need to wait until the application is fully assessed before receiving a final decision.
That is an excellent question. You can always look it up on the internet or get in touch with your local card blood bank to find out this information.
i spoke with the customer service rep. I was told that they have limited information and that I would have to look it up on the website of the bancorp bank. He could not tell me what banks were affiliated with the card. He did say that you are not able to transfer your money from the endeavor card to another account. This card is a waste of time. I will never use taxact again.

If you have been denied a PERC card in Illinois, you can appeal the decision by asking for a hearing. If you are still denied you can try to have a lawyer take your case.
