There are no direct scheduled flights between Ireland and Mexico. To get there you would probably fly to an American airport and then on to Mexico. Where in America you flew to and where you were flying to in Mexico and the stopover time between flights would determine the total time. If you could get good connecting flights and times for them, you could probably do it in as little as 12 hours.
