It, of course, depends on the plane. Slightly. LA and Riverside are only about 50 miles apart, so a plane is probably going to spend more time (possibly a lot more time) waiting for clearance to take off and/or land than it is actually flying between the two points.

I once flew from Logan (Boston) to Manchester (a little further than Riverside to LA, but not much) because I didn't look closely at my flight schedule (I might have done it anyway, since it's a lot easier to get in and out of MHT than BOS by car). Total actual in-air flight time: 13 minutes. Time from boarding to deplaning: about an hour and a half.
