Yes- Lexington's Flight Deck was wood-over-steel throughout her career. After her modernization in the fifties, the Navy began applying non-skid coatings over the wood- but wood (teak IIRC) remained an integral part of the flight deck. It's more weather resistant and cheaper for the museum to maintain- but it's not as pretty.
