If there were direct flights, it would take probably around 3 hours. However, I don't think any airline offers direct flights from Lincoln to any of the Washington area airports. The shortest travel time I could find was just under 4 hours and included a 41 minute stop in Chicago to change planes.

Because of the direction of the prevailing winds, it normally takes a bit longer to go the other way.
