3) India largely purchases military aircrafts and less sophisticated aircraft technology from Russia.

Whiteman Air Force base is the blackhole of the Air Force. Statistics show that airman who are on station for 3 or more years will not get orders out of Whiteman Air Force base. The best way out is to not reenlist.
