I took this route about three years ago on United. You will fly over much of Canada and lower Alaska. You will see a great deal of the Aleutian islands, swamps, lakes, and icebergs, even in summer. After that you will fly over sparse coastal Islands of Japan and touchdown in Narita. Watch your $$$ in Japan. It goes fast but have fun. It's a trip of a lifetime that you're never going to forget!!!
