here is a link to known locations of B-47's but as you may notice NB-47E doesnt have a known current location http://aeroweb.brooklyn.cuny.edu/locator/manufact/Boeing/b-47.htm here is an old photo of NB_47E with navy markings though it was an air force plane and never used by the navy http://aeroweb.brooklyn.cuny.edu/database/aircraft/getimage.htm?id=9151
