The term 'Suzies' refer to the air/electrical lines found at the rear of a tractor unit when coupling/uncoupling to a (semi) trailer. There are usually two air, 2 electrical lines and 1 ABS/EBS line.
Red for the emergency line or yellow for the service lines which provide compressed air from the tractor unit to the brakes of the trailer.
The 2 electrical lines provide power for the trailer lights etc.
The 1 remaining line, ABS/EBS is for the anti lock braking system.
Some vehicles can have an additional line coloured Blue known as the 'Auxiluary' line to power additional items on the trailer like hydraulics.
The term 'Suzies' is believed to be the name f the manufacturer who first produced these lines, and it became a generic name for them similar to the term 'Hoover' has became the generic name of the vacuum cleaner.
