That doesn't make sense cause that would be the 31st year of the car.(corvette) They came into production in 1953. They did not make a corvette in 1983 so 1984 would be a 30th year. I've never heard of a 1984 anniversary edition tho.
No, the LS1 engine did not come in the 1984 Corvette. The 1984 Corvette was equipped with the L83 engine, a 5.7-liter V8 that produced 205 horsepower. The LS1 engine, which is a 5.7-liter V8 as well, was introduced later in the 1997 Corvette C5 model.
Try the shop manuals at the local public library if you have one. I have found them to be a great source of information. [the library i mean]

The engine firing order is 123456. The spark plugs at the front of the car are starting from the passenger side 2 4 6 and at the windshield side 1 3 5. There is no distributor on a 1990 3.1 liter engine. They have a coil pack instead and are numbered 5 2 3 6 4 1 from the left. Original equipment from factory had the spark plug wires numbered. .helpwhats the firing order diagram 1984 buick regal
Autozone or eBay would be a good start. Order a Helms manual from Helmsinc.com This is the official GM/cheverolet repair manuals. I own one with wiring diagrams. Well worth the money, or you can get a used one off eBay.
