Without more information, the answer is going to be: Check your coolant level, and add a proper 50/50 mix as necessary to the coolant overflow and the thermostat / radiator cap. If coolant is full, it may be time for a coolant flush. Also check to be sure that your thermostat is working. Check proper operation of the water pump by squeezing hose and feeling for a "surge."
