Possible PS pump or steering gear failure.
Either you have a flat on one of the front tires, of your steering geometry is messed up. Have someone look at the wheel alignment.
I suppose it's possible that the Power Steering would fail in a way that makes turning one way more strenuous than the other, but I've never seen it.
