1997 ford Taurus window won't go down?

This happens to mine all the time. The back windows stick and won't go down because they never get used.

answer.. Put the key in a position that will allow the power windows to work.

Make sure the window lock is off.

Get in the back set. Hold down the window down button and close the door firmly

You May have to do this several times. Don't break anything, you just want to jar the window and rack enough to vibrate it loose. I have done this quite a few times on my 98 Taurus

The rack probably need a good oiling but if you use the rear windows frequently they won't stick as much.
