2000 Cherokee cooling fan wont run due to no ground between fan relay and pcu pin two This is when a call for ac?

If it is a grand Cherokee there is another relay under pass side headlamp. After you remove the headlamp you have to drill a big hole with hole saw or you could do it the way Jeep says to and remove the whole front face and the support.
