To reset the oil change indicator system (after
performing the scheduled maintenance), refer to the
following procedure:
1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position (Do not
start the engine).
2. Fully depress the accelerator pedal slowly three times
within 10 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF/LOCK position.
NOTE: If the indicator message illuminates when you
start the vehicle, the oil change indicator system did not
reset. If necessary repeat this procedure.
The light will reset itself when the cause of the code has been repaired.
The only proper way is with a scan tool.
A 2009 Dodge Caravan does not have a reset switch, the fuel system is computer controlled with relays.
try disconnecting battery for 15 minutes
Dodge does not use inertia or reset switches.
You can disconnect the neg. battery cable but you also reset everything radio, clock etc.
To reset the change oil light on a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, first turn the ignition to the "ON" position without starting the engine. Press the accelerator pedal three times within 10 seconds. After doing this, the oil change light should turn off. If it doesn't reset, repeat the process to ensure it was done correctly.

The airbag can not be reset and must be replaced if it has deployed.
