I have a 1992 Olds with the 3800 engine; the block heater is almost inaccessible. The engine is sideways and the block heater is in the frost plug location just over the frame at the back. Suggestion: unless it is leaking just take the frost plug out in the front of the engine and install the block heater there where it is accessible.

What makes you think it has one? Not all 88 Berettas had a block heater. If it does have one you should see a power cord somewhere.

To remove the heater core from a 1990 Oldsmobile 88, first disconnect the battery and drain the cooling system. Then, remove the dashboard and the center console to access the heater core housing. Disconnect the heater hoses from the engine compartment, unbolt the housing, and carefully pull out the heater core. Make sure to replace any seals or gaskets during reinstallation to prevent leaks.

On a 1995 Oldsmobile 88 Royale, the fuel pump relay is typically located in the underhood fuse and relay center. This relay block is usually found near the battery, on the driver's side of the engine compartment. You can identify the fuel pump relay by referring to the diagram on the cover of the relay center for its specific location.
