Yes! We just put 22 inch Chrome Wheels on our 97 Cadillac Deville D'Elegance. We got tires that are the 245 30 Z 22's , the 30 represents how thick the tire is from rim to top/bottom lip of the tire. The Smallest Tire size you can get is a 20 measurement. These are Rare, EXPENSIVE and really unsafe on a wheel this big, so I wouln't do anything thinner than a 25, but for sure nothing thicker than the 30 that we used because our Tire/Rim Combo rubbed just a little in the front when going over bumps. We removed the plastic wheel-well linning and have had no problems with the rubbing since.
