The 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix is not E85 compatible. The easiest way to verify off hand is to check with either a website such as
http://alternativefuels.about.com/od/flexfuelsffvs/a/e85compathub.htm
or to locate the VIN number (generally in the driver door or door frame, or the driver's side of the dashboard through the windshield) and identify the 8th digit of the VIN which is the engine code, and call the local Pontiac dealership's service department and provide them with that information, as well as the size of the engine, and they should be able to tell you right away exactly what fuel your vehicle can run.
But again, as my knowledge goes, the 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix is not compatible. I did however notice that some of the General Motors cars were indeed compatible, so you may want to go ahead and run your information past Pontiac directly.
