You add coolant by opening the radiator cap (when the engine is cool of course). Fill it up to the top just under the filler neck.
There is also a catch can, a clear container that is connected to the top of the radiator by a rubber hose. It "catches" coolant when the heat of the engine expands the coolant. Fill that up to the "MAX" mark.

Where do you put coolant in a civic si?

To add coolant to a Honda Civic Si, locate the coolant reservoir, which is typically a translucent plastic tank near the engine. Make sure the engine is cool, then remove the cap and pour the appropriate coolant mixture until it reaches the "full" line. If you're adding coolant directly to the radiator, ensure the cap is removed while the engine is cool to avoid pressure release and potential injury. Always use the recommended type of coolant for your specific model.
