It just uses standard 80 or 90 weight... I'd recommend GM Syncromesh, a synthetic oil especially for GM vehicles. It's a little more expensive, but lasts longer. And if your changing the Transmission Fluid in a 5-speed, I'd recommend nothing else. However, if your a bit strapped for cash, just go to your local auto parts store and ask for some 80,85, or 90-w50 (commonly called 80,85, or 90 weight).
