It depends on a few things. first it will effect mpg if the rims are heavier then stock. also if the height of the wheel and tire are a totally different then stock can change the final gear ratio resulting in a different rpm espeically noticeable at cruzing speeds! let me know what you had and what you want or have I might be able to help more.
