Mopar2.21984 says: Not exactly. My '95 GTC has a speaker grill cover on each door that can be removed with a machinists scribe or a flatip screwdriver. The grills are secured to your door by only 4 metal clips. When removed - the grill - you now only need remove 4 hexhead nuts, pull out speaker and disconnect the wire. Have fun!
