Yes. Im a Dodge/Chrysler technition, over 20 years experience. You have to burn in the VIN on the new PCM withe the DRBIII and you will have to go into the the ABS module to clear the code for VIN mismatch that set as soon as you turned on the key before the VIN was burned into the new PCM.
