The P1745 code in a Dodge Caravan is for high pressure in the transmission line. It is normally caused by a bad solenoid pack or a main regulator valve stuck in the valve body.
TCC Circuit Malfuction. Or TCC System Performance.
Just one, it's part of the fuel pump assembly in the tank.
All 1996 and newer vehicles are OBDII compliant so your trouble codes will need to be read with an OBDII code scanner connected to the port under the dash on the drivers side.
The throw out bearing may not be releasing properly. The pilot shaft bearing may be bad. The clutch itself could have a broken spring, or the slave cylinder could not be allowing the clutch to disengage properly. There should be an access hole on the bell housing to look and see what's happening (with the engine not running.) If you don't see a problem then the transmission will need to be removed to find the cause.
