It sounds as though the blend door in the heater ducting is stuck open. In a vehicle as new as the Dodge Magnum, this can be fixed by calling the nearest auto parts store for a replacement blend door actuator and replacing it by following the instructions in the package.
If no instructions come with the part, you may need to invest in a repair manual which can also been obtained at the part store.
