As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, Kelsey-Hayes is no longer manufacturing chrome wire wheels for classic Ford Thunderbirds. However, aftermarket suppliers and specialty wheel manufacturers may offer similar products for classic cars. You have to shoot a bird towards a chrome ball to unlock the corresponding Chrome level. Fortunately, even though doing so will lower your score, you can still restart the level and the level will still be unlocked. However many of the chrome balls are very hard to find.
You can always close it to restart it. If it is still not working, you can re-install chrome to work it.
