I use two web browsers: Mozilla Firefox & Google Chrome. I usually use google chrome, as it is much faster to start up and when browsing is much more responsive. I prefer Google chrome for its speed, but still use Mozilla Firefox for its customizability and better ad-blocking when using Adblock Plus add-on. (Google Chrome has an Adblock Plus extension also, but it is still in Beta stage of development and sometimes misses a few ads.) I would recommend both browsers.
First, you go to your control panel on your computer. You will see a bunch of different controls. Look through the control panel home screen until you see the control Programs. Right below the control that says Programs, you will see "uninstall a program." Click on that. It will give you a LONG list that has everything you downloaded in it. Look through the list until you find "Google Chrome". Double click on it, and a screen will come up. Click the button continue on that screen. ANOTHER screen will come up. Click the button yes on that screen. You should have uninstalled Google Chrome. If you still have any problems with this, contact Google.
