To uninstall Windows Movie Maker (or any programs):
> Click Start
> Control Panel
> Programs
> Programs and Features
A list will be generated. Find the program you want to uninstall and click Uninstall.
First, click Settings and search for the Control Panel. Open Uninstall A Program then find the file called Windows Movie Maker. Highlight the file and click uninstall to begin the process.
Just deleting it won't get rid of the program entirely, even on Windows 7. You need to uninstall it from your computer. Go to the Control Panel and click on Add/Remove Programs. Click on Windows Movie Maker v2.6 and choose Uninstall.
Yes, you can.I have both the 2.6 version of Windows Movie Maker and Windows Live Movie Maker.
Yes, you can.I have both the 2.6 version of Windows Movie Maker and Windows Live Movie Maker.
Yes it is. You can download Windows Movie Maker from microsoft's website.
WMM is the acronym for Windows Movie Maker.
You can't do that on Windows Movie Maker.
That would be Windows Live Movie Maker.
I suggest downloading and reinstalling the 2.1 version of Windows Movie Maker. It sounds as though there is something very wrong with the current program you are using. Uninstall the Windows Movie Maker you are having problems with. Then, click on the Windows Movie Maker v2.1 (for Xp) link that I've posted in the Related Links section below. Download that version and install it on your machine. Then you will have a clean download of Windows Movie Maker v2.1 to work with.
There is no Mix Feature in Windows Movie Maker.
No, you can't do that with Windows Movie Maker. Sorry.
Sorry, but there is no Speed Up or Slow Down feature in Windows Live Movie Maker. That particular feature is available in the v2.1 and v2.6 Windows Movie Maker applications, but not in Windows Live Movie Maker.
