If "everything" is working that means you are still getting power but if it won't turn over you should check your starter it would have something to do with it not getting a spark.
I would check the power right at the starter. Either the solenoid on the starter is defective or the connections/ battery are poor.
First check for loose mounting bolts at starter. If everything is OK, then remove starter and check for broken teeth on starter pinion gear and flywheel.
