Door on jeep is closed and the latch is unlocked but neither inside or outside handle will open door how do you get the door open?
there is 5 screws 2 little ones and 3 larger ones in the door panel. One is in the latch to open it. take that one out and then take out the three big ones in the arm rest. look for the holes. The fifth one is a small one in the corner by the dash. slide the seat back to gain as much room as possible. the door panel will come off the door theres just plastic reuseable buttons they stay with the panel. start at the bottom and move to the top. The top of the panel is hooked into the rubber part of the window seal. but you should be able to see two rods. one for the locks and one for the clasp. pry off carefully the plastic holders they just swing out of the way. and the rod drops out the bottom and one out the top. pull on both toward the front of vehicle. One will make it open. check to make sure theyre hooked up.
