What about them?
Pull the chrome cover of the left side of the motor the timing marks are on the fly wheel. An F and a T.
To set the timing on a Mercury 50 HP engine, first, ensure the engine is in a safe, stable position and that you have the necessary tools, including a timing light. Disconnect the spark plug wires and connect the timing light to the number one cylinder. Start the engine and aim the timing light at the flywheel to observe the timing marks. Adjust the timing by rotating the stator or adjusting the timing advance mechanism until the marks align as specified in the engine’s service manual. Always refer to the manufacturer’s specifications for precise timing settings.
If the timing marks on the 2001 Hyundai XG300 align correctly when the engine is at TDC but the compression test indicates the cam is 50 degrees off, it suggests that the timing belt may have jumped a tooth or the camshaft is improperly aligned. To fix this, you should first turn the engine off, then remove the timing belt cover to inspect the belt alignment. If it’s misaligned, adjust the belt by loosening the tensioner and repositioning it to align the camshaft and crankshaft marks. After re-tightening the tensioner, rotate the engine by hand to verify that all timing marks remain aligned before starting the engine again.
Unburned fuel is igniting in the exhaust, you may have a fuel metering problem, or a timing problem. If the timing chain is stretched it could throw off the spark timing at high rpm.
When the marks on the timing chain are lined up properly, the piston is about 50 deg after top dead center.

To install a timing belt in a Dodge Ram 50, begin by disconnecting the battery and removing any components obstructing access to the timing cover, such as the radiator or fan. Align the timing marks on the crankshaft and camshaft to ensure proper timing before removing the old belt. Install the new timing belt, ensuring it is properly tensioned according to the manufacturer's specifications, and reassemble any components that were removed. Finally, reconnect the battery and start the engine to check for proper operation.
In a 1990 Dodge Ram 50 pickup both the 2.4 litre four cylinder engine and the 3.0 litre V6 engine uses a timing BELT
According to the 2004 Ford Mustang owners manual : It came from the factory with a 50 / 50 mix of distilled water and Motorcraft Premium Gold Engine Coolant ( YELLOW colored , meeting Ford specification WSS-M97B51-A1 ) in the engine cooling system

It probably means that your radiator fluid is low. If it is just buy a gallon of 50/50 and top it off.
A Ford 429 engine does not have a timing belt. As a V8 engine, it uses a timing chain that is located on the front of the engine behind the crank pulley, the water pump, and the timing chain cover. If you've little experience working on big block V8s then I'd suggest paying a mechanic (make sure he's in his 50's or he won't know how to do it!) to replace the timing chain.
