The front hub has to be removed , the bearings are pressed in .This should be done at a local Auto shop . you must remove the wheel , the tie rod and the strut , what i did was remove the whole strut assembly from the top and remove the bottom tie rod and I sent the whole thing into the shop to get the bearings pressed in , when it comes back simply reverse the procedure , be sure to check the tie rods before completing installation of strut

Move it aside. Then take the two bolts and nuts off the bottom of the strut. Then, take the 3 nuts off of the top of the strut from inside the engine bay. Life the strut out. Installation is the reverse of these steps. If you have this done you should have the front end aligned.
