The answer to your question is through faulty interior fuel lines or fuel injector.

Here is the fix if you decide to do so. It is ALOT cheaper if you do it yourself.

If your 8th digit is W on your vin code (from left to right) then your problem is inside your air plenum. The air plenum is attached to the large hose that is easily seen as soon as you open the hood and under the plastic cover that says "VORTEC" on top. Remove this plastic cover and you will see an air diverter valve, unplug and remove it. Go around the back of the plenum and remove both fuel lines and unplug the vacuum lines. Remove the very large hose in the front of the plenum. Some of the bolts holding the plenum are actually studs with nuts attached some are studs with separate nuts and the rest are just bolts. They should all be 10mm. Remove the all bolts nuts and studs and set the coil and evap solenoids out of the way. Once the plenum is opened, you may see gas in a puddle somewhere in the intake manifold. Your problem is a cracked, brittle plastic fuel lines that go to the central port injector. This part is called a "nut kit". You will need to remove it a install a new one. Handle this part VERY carefully because you may destroy it buy bending, dropping, cutting, etc. You will also need a new gasket for the plenum assembly and be very sure to torque to spec. Installation is reverse of removal. DO NOT DRIVE UNTIL YOU CHANGE THE OIL. You will destroy your bearings. Once it is driven for a little while change the oil and filter one more time.

If you have been having fuel injection problems you may want to replace the injector to. If it was mine I would. The problem could also be a lazy injector. Blazers often have intake manifold gasket leaks so once again if it was mine I would replace them to. Be very extra clean if you decide to do this. One thing that is very important is to be sure to sand and clean the area between the coil mounting bracket and the area to be mounted for grounding purposes.
