If by disable you need to shut off the fuel pump your can pull the fuel pump relay fuse or pull the relay itself. They are usually under the hood on the drivers side and are well marked. CT
check the fuse in the fuse box below the light switch i believe it is a 20 amp. a previous may have puled this fuse to disable the system
