Optical drives have a little hole in the front. Typically a paper clip is un bent and stuck in this hole to manually open the drive.
stick a straightened paper clip in the small hole on the faceplate..the tray should eject.

there is a small hole near to the tray button. just use the hook or small needle try to get into there. it will suspect like a wheel just move it. CD tray will open now.

you will probably have to hit the eject button, then pull on the CD tray if it is stuck closed with a CD jamming it. Be careful not to pull too hard, or you could damage the drive
