remove the wheel by taking off the cover or hub cap if it is removable then remove the caliper and the caliper braket. this is a good time to check out the brakes and calipers for wear and replace if worn. there is a grease cap that has to be removed to get to the nut that holds on the roter this is removed with a ball pined hammer and screw driver then remover the coter key and replace with a new one apon reinstallation. after nut is removed pull roter off and remove the seal at the back of the roter holding the rear bearing in this will need t be replaced. clean bearing off and repack then install new grease seal with a large socket that is about the same size keeping it strait drive it in until it stops or bottoms out if you have never done this you might wont to buy some extra seals if you bend the first one you wont have to go back to get anouther one. you just don't want to distort the shape of the seal this is very important it is wahat holds the grease in. then reinstall the caliper and braket the same way it came off and put the wheel back on.
