This is normally done by a dealer or a locksmith that has the correct equipment.

If it is '96 or up, then it has PATS and you are in a bit of trouble. The car will have to be towed to the dealer because only the dealer can program the car to accept the computer chip that is in the handle of the new key that will have to be cut. A true locksmith can cut the key and program it right where the car sits for 1/3 the price, but the dealerships will not tell you this. Try every Ford key you can find if its not PATS. My husbands F-150 ford key works in the back glass of my Mercury Villager. His is a 95 mine a 93.
The front wiper arms on a 1997 Mercury Villager clip off once they are bent backwards. To install the new wipers simply slide them into the clip.
Cut it out and weld a new one in.
Either the thermostat was not the problem, or you put it in backwards.

It is possible that the 1997 Mercury Villager simply needs a tune up. New spark plugs and wires may make a great difference.

You can't. Buy a new on eBay. They send reprograming instructions with it.
There is no fixing a broken motor mount. Replace them with a new ones.
