There is an adjustment screw on the side of the throttle body that adjusts how open the throttle body sits.

You don't. If you are having an issue with idling check the IAC Valve.
There is no way to adjust the idle as it is controled by the computor. You either have a idle control mod. bad or crankcase sensor. Talk to your parts store and they should be able to give you some advise also.
Idle speed is controled by the computer, therefore non adjustable.
First make sure all spark plugs are in good shape; check the IDLE CONTROL VALVE maybe need to be clean or better yet replace.
