There are two screws for each lamp unit. One adjusts the beam up/down, the other left/right.

With the hood/bonnet open, on the metal slam panel, above the lamp unit, is an oval hole. Peer through here and you will see a black screw, about three inches down.

This adjusts the beam up/down. Use a No.20 Torx (star) screwdriver or bit, to engage in the screw head. Turning clockwise, adjusts the beam down.

On the side of the lamp unit, nearest the wing, you will find a similar screw to adjust the left/right.

It is suggested that you use an optical beam setter instrument, to do this properly. However you can park in front of a flat wall or garage door, to do it yourself. Use masking tape to mark the original position, before adjustment, in case you need to put them back the way they were.

Mark the top of the dipped beam, bright area and the edge of the main beam, outside area, for reference.

The adjusters move the whole lamp assembly, both dipped and main, so it's best to adjust the dipped beam to avoid blinding other drivers, the main beam will follow.
