The scanner plug in is under the dash on the drivers side and is the OBD1 system
When you have the headlights flipped up then you will see 2 holes one on the top and one on the sides. There is a Phillips screw in there that you turn to adjust the headlights.
well the transmission could be crapping out, but make sure youre using the right fluid and that you have enough in, Chrysler never made a good transmission in the early 90s though
Switch on brake pedal needs tightened replaced, or switch for lights needs tightened or replaced.

Follow the hose from the top of the radiator back towards the engine, where it connects is the thermostat housing, this can be removed by taking out the 2 bolts. - remember to replace the gasket!
did you make sure the #1 piston was top dead center and that when you set your timing that the springs where without tension? if not its out of time
the transmission cooler lines don't match. diameter of radiator hoses are not the same. it probably won't mount up to the vans radiator brackets.
