They are not adjustable. If faulty they must be replaced.

Well you really cant, its set by the computer, using information from all of the sensors. If it does in fact have to high an idle speed you need to find out what is causing it, most likely a bad sensor of some sort.
the timing on all the 4.0l (242 cid) engines are set and only adjustable through the computer sensors (map sensor). It is not physically adjustable. So there is no procedure for you to adjust it.
