Remove the two screws under the steering wheel. One to the left and one to the right up in the plastic holes. It is a star shaped bit.
Remove the top and bottom plastic. The Headlight switch then will come off the column (might be stuff just wiggle it) use a flat head to push in the tabs on the connectors.
Put new one in place and reverse the procedure.
