It is a pain in the neck but it can be done. You have to take the grill off and remove three screws that hold the headlight assembly in place. The last screw is actually accessable from the fender well. Once you get the light assembly loose it will still not come all the way out but will slide forward just enough to give you the few precious inches you need to squeez you hand behind it to remove and replace the bulb. Be careful not to touch the new bulb with your bare hand. Touching the bulb will dramatically shorten its life. Also make sure you remove the o ring that was around the previous bulb. If you try to install the bulb with the old one still in place it will not work. If will feel like you are about to get it but it will never go on.

To change the direction of a light beam, you can use mirrors or lenses to reflect or refract the light in the desired direction. Adjusting the angle of the mirror or lens will change the direction of the light beam. Alternatively, you can physically move the light source or the object the light is reflecting off of to change the direction of the beam.
