If you look at the engine bay where your alternator is, you will see a bracket with a small bolt that's about 4-6" long, and threaded, it's usually a 13mm or so. This is your belt tensioner bolt, loosen this bolt until the belt slacks up enough to remove it, put your new belt on, then tighten the same bolt till the belt is good and snug. Serpentine belts need a little more snugness than the standard "old time" belts. Remember which way the belt comes off, how it winds it's way over and under all those pulleys. Hope this helps

If your t-bird is like mine, it will have a star bold which you will need specialty tools for.
