Well.....I just finished doing it myself. I saw the official instructions from a GM website and said you gotta be kidding me. You are supposed to remove the entire front bumper etc. I found a shortcut, well sort of. Remove the inner fender well cover and then you can remove the light assemble from underneth and replace the bulb. The cover is attached with a bunch of push on body clips, pry the button up with a screwdriver and pull out fastner. Then there are two screws holding the light assembly on the bottom and inner side, it clips into the bumper on the outter side. From there it's pretty simple. FYI the GE replacement cross reference is wrong it's a Sylvania 3757A LL bulb. Good luck and take it slow.
