unbolt the brake caliper wich is the whole brake piece pull that off then check to see if there is a lock washer on the stud, the stud is what your lug nuts go on.if that is not there then safely grab both sides of the rotor and shake it until loose if that doesn't work hit it with a soft hammer on the backside good luck!
