If you are referring to the main headlight lamp, you cannot change it. You must buy the complete headlight assembly which is a self-contained unit that cannot be opened. Unscrew 2 holding screws, unplug the unit and slide it out. Then slide the new unit in, connect the plugs and tighten the holding screws. Dodge sells this assembly for about $100 or more but, try calling a local car junkyard that sells auto parts and see if they have or can get one. They are very resourceful. I did this and it only cost me $50. The ironic thing is I have a 98 stratus but the assembly came from a 99 one, so, in effect I have a headlight that is newer than the one that did not break.
