this is where it is...UNDER HOOD, CENTER, REAR ENGINE AREA, MOUNTED ON AIR INTAKE MANIFOLD. Its a 4 wire plug. the sensor isn't much bigger than the plug. Just 2 bolts torqs if I remember. It doesn't have a MAF sensor, the Map sensor is on the front of the throttle body.
The Dodge Neon does not have a MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor. It does, however, have a MAP (Mass Air Pressure) sensor located on the intake manifold between the two left runners.
The map sensor comes standard on a 1998 Toyota Rav4. It is typically located on the dashboard panel on the drivers side of the car.
